INVITATION TO A PARENTS RETREAT

The Christian Children Evangelistic Ministry in Collaboration with the Local Council of Churches-Garu humbly invites you to a Parents Retreat scheduled for Tuesday 25th July to Thursday 27th July 2023 at the Miracle Assembly of God Church-Garu. 7pm prompt each day.

Topics for this Retreat are:

Day 1- Raising a Godly family

Day 2- Challenges of Christian Nurture in our world today.

Day 3- The Power of a Parent’s Prayer- A day to pray for families.

Speakers for this special event are Pastor Francis Opoku- A renowned Child Evangelist of PAMA House Ministries- Bolga and Rev. Ebenezer Asiedu-Minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana-Nalerigu.

The event will be Chaired by Rev. Dr. Philip Azumah, Chairman for the Local Council of Churches and hosted by Mr. Philip Gumah-CCEM Director.

Philip Gumah

Philip Gumah was born to Rev. and Mrs Michael Gumah. He currently holds Bsc Nursing from University of Cape Coast. He started working for children as a children's service teacher in Nalerigu. He has served children also in Zebilla,Bawku, Sandema and Garu. He voluntered as worker for the Children in Christ Inc where he started a number of Bible Clubs around Bawku between 2012-2015 The passion to push the agenda of Children's Ministries and the concerns of children led to the birth of CCEM in 2016. He has served in various leadership roles in the Presbyterian Church of Ghana especially in the Children's ministry. He is happily married and blessed with 3 children.
